Wrote a new article on Medium, where I state what I think about leadership from a different perspective than the common preach by the priest one. And this, even though in all corporate jobs a certain leadership is required, so, we are all some kind of leaders for something at some point, even the entry level employee who is expected to prove his "leadership" by embracing new tasks or making his/her path through the corporate chaos . And let me say, a good leader is often seen from nursery (some parents swear that they identified potential dictators as soon as they left maternity).
